歯車の円錐表面の品質検査 歯車上の円錐の表面を検査します。適切な円錐の方面は非常に均等に見えますが、不良の円錐表面には溝や傷があります。検査には、歯車を軸中心に回転させます。センサを対象物からおよそ200mm離して検査します。 Quality control of the surface of a cone on a cogwheel The surface of the cone on a cogwheel should be checked. The surface of a proper cone looks very homogeneous; the surface of a bad cogwheel shows grooves and scratches. For investigations the cogwheel can be turned around its axis. The distance from the sensor to the object should be around 200 mm. |
