Bezprostředně před odebráním plechu ze stohu by tedy měla proběhnout kontrola, zda nebyly nechtěně odebrány i další plechy. The robot sucks the metal sheets one by one and it should be avoided for safety reasons to move two metal sheets simultaneously. A sensor should detect double sheet not from the top but from the side. Furthermore, the system should be adapted automatically after a change of the type of metal sheet (different thickness or different metal). |

Doplňkem zde je senzor rozpoznání struktury, který se odpovídajícím způsobem zaměří na strukturu povrchu. Differentiation of leather and leather imitations in the automotive interior field Sometimes a color differentiation between interior materials with exactly the same color and the same gloss factor is not possible, even with the best color sensor. Thus another sensor must close this gap. Indeed the different materials may have the same color and the same gloss, but a different structure as shown in the photos. |

Kontrola bočního přesazení dopravních pásů Ve dřevozpracujícím průmyslu (během výroby MDF desek), ale také v papírenském průmyslu, se používají speciální dopravní pásy (z ušlechtilé oceli, popř. z plastu). Boční přesazení by proto nemělo překročit toleranční rozsah ±0.2 mm. Přitom je nutné vzít v úvahu, že výškové přesazení může činit i ±2 mm. The lateral position of the band material must be hold in a range of ±0.2mm, whereas the vertical position can change in the range of ±2mm.
